Mr. Cuomo Loosens VoIP Regulations May Encourage Industry-Expanding Investments In USA and Especially in New York

A newspaper from New York state narrated that Mr.Coumo Loosens rejected a bill from the annual budget, which is against the regulation of VoIP services. According to that bill, state's Public Service commission should prevent the regulation of VoIP service.

The VoIP service is not affected directly by this type of acts because the service is not regulated so far but it may harm the consumer interest. For this purpose all the telecommunication companies have decided to promote the legislation, which compelled the state department to stop this act. Everybody understands this may harm the consumer and the economy.

According to other large telecom companies like Time Warner and Verizon, the anti-regulation legislation, which is suggested by Governor's own budget document have the ability to lead in the field of capital investment of broadband networks. However, whole US government considered it would be crucial for the economy of country. According to these telecom companies the lack of investment is an obstacle for the creation, competition and provision of jobs. Only these factors can provide best products with cheap price for the consumer. The regional vice president of government for Time Warner praises this technology and says that this is a new technology and new service. The president also expressed his thoughts about this new technology.
The governor of New York state is still trying to pull out the anti-regulation legislation. He is spending a sound amount to spread the broadband networks in all areas of the state. For the provision of jobs and to open the economy widely througout the state, Mr. Coumo and his partners contributed $25 millon to the New York Development Fund. According to sources, there are several areas in New York, where they don't have any internet and/or phone call service, which is compulsory for the small business.
The effect of Cuomo's broadband is quite visible on President Obama's plan which he presented during his inauguration address. The goal of this plan is provision of high-speed vireless to all  amiricans within the next five years.
